1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Revindi Media LLC ("Revindi Media," "we," "our," or "us"), which operates DetailSolo, the website app.detailsolo.com and the DetailSolo business management application. By accessing or using DetailSolo’s website (app.detailsolo.com) and the DetailSolo business management application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

DetailSolo is a web-based business management application designed for car detailers. The Service includes customer management, job tracking, invoicing, payment processing, and related business tools delivered as a Progressive Web Application (PWA).

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• One person or legal entity per account
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

4. Pricing

Plans: DetailSolo is free during early access. Any paid plan, and its price, will be shown to you before you are charged.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful data
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without written permission
• Use the Service to store or transmit content that infringes on intellectual property rights

6. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the DetailSolo application ("Your Data"). We do not claim any ownership rights over Your Data.

You grant us a limited license to use Your Data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We will not access Your Data except to provide the Service, prevent or address technical issues, or as required by law.

Your Data stays in your account, where you can export it at any time. If you delete your account, our Privacy Policy explains how we handle Your Data.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will provide reasonable notice for planned maintenance when possible.

The offline functionality of the DetailSolo PWA allows continued use of core features without an internet connection. Data entered offline is designed to sync when you’re back online; keep exports of important records.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is owned by Revindi Media LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revindi Media LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Revindi Media LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms, with notice where practicable. You can delete your account in Settings; our Privacy Policy explains how we handle Your Data.

We may also discontinue the Service, or close an account for other reasons, with reasonable notice.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state and federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
